IFBB Pro champion Michael Kefalianos
will be defending his 2012 title this coming Saturday May 4th in Barcelona,
Spain at the 2013 IFBB Mr. Europe Pro bodybuilding championships.
After a slow start this year, Kefalianos finally found his groove at the 2013
Arnold Classic Brazil, where he returned to his trademark form and symmetry,
showing one of the driest and most conditioned physiques on stage.
Last year Mike won the Mr. Europe Pro title on April 28th in Madrid
against 2nd place finisher Johnnie Jackson. This year the competition is expected to be as exciting for
European and worldwide fans, especially with previous 2-time winner Ronny
Rockel trying to win his 3rd Mr. Europe title and
up-and-coming athletes like Baito Abbaspour from Iran and Robert
Piotrkowicz from Poland.
A win for Kefalianos automatically qualifies him for
the 2013 Mr. Olympia competition in Las Vegas.
The full list includes:
Baitollah Abbaspour, Iran
Jaime Atienza, Spain
Alfonso del Río, Spain
Angel Higueras Figueroa, Spain
Michael Kefalianos, Australia
