Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, new hardcover edition for 2013.
2003 - A monumental year for fitness and bodybuilding entusiasts all ver the world. It was the year that one of the most influential and highly respected e-books in the history of fitness came out. The name, as is very well known by hundreds of thousands in more than 150 countries around the world, "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" by Tom venuto.

d) A solid weight training plan, most often neglected, especially by women who were afraid of "bulking up". Venuto detailed the importance of training with weights, not only for healt reasons but to emphasize the key role resistance training has on body recomposition (losing fat while building muscle).

10 years later, Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is fully updated and ready to go mainstream. Venuto, who already had huge success with his first hardcover published book, the body fat solution, is ready to take the online best selling burn the fat to millions, helping them achieve their best levels of fitness, health and leaness.
