Καλησπέρα, καλος σας βρήκα!
Είμαι 34 ετών κάνω βάρη 2 χρόνια τώρα με 2 προπονήσεις την βδομάδα παντρεμένος γαρ και 2 τέκνα!
Μου αρέσει ο χόρος και περνάω καλά συν του ότι βελτιώνω το σώμα μου και την υγεία μου!
Εδώ θα ήθελα να βρίσκω απαντήσεις σε θέματα bodybuilding μιας και στο γυμναστήριο που πάω δεν περιμένω κάτι απο τα παιδιά που δουλεύον εκει και αλλάζουν 2,3 κάθε τρίμηνο(Το πιάσατε το υπονοούμενο[:-mischievous]
Αυτά και καλές διακοπές σε όλους!
