    Παιδια θελω να ρωτησω αν μπορω να πινω powerade meta tin proponisi se periodo γραμμωσης?

    Σε γενικές γραμμες "ναι" αλλα εξαρταται απο πολλους παραγοντες, οπως το εαν εισαι natural, εαν το σωμα σου εχει μεγαλη ευαισθησια στους απλους υδατανθρακες, το ποσο λιπος εχεις να χασεις και σε τι χρονικο διαστημα κλπ..
