Ενα ωραιο βιντεακι της nike (λιγο πιο 'φιτνες' βεβαια)
Εχει κ αλλα ωραια βιντεακια η nike εδω (διαλεγετε μια αθλητρια κατω κ μετα βλεπετε το βιντεο)
Κ νταξει ...δεν ειναι γ γυναικες μονο αλλα οντως τ πιο 'motivational speech ever'.. ΦANTAΣTIKO..!!

Θελω να συνεισφερω μιας και γω εμπνεομαι παρα πολυ απο την παρακατω κυρια.dana lynn bailey ονομαζεται και εχει πολυ δυνατα βιντεακια και τωρα ετοιμαζει δικο της dvd με προπονησεις της.
