    Female 1.71 m, 67 kg με λίπος 19%. Πώς σας ακούγεται;

    Καλώς ήρθες!!!:)...Πρέπει να πέσεις λίγο σε ποσοστό λίπους...έτσι πιστεύω!

    δεν ειναι αναγκη εμενα μ φαινεται νορμαλ..εμεισ εχοθμε θεμα κ με περιοδο λογω ποσοστου λιπουσ..

    Μεχρι το 15% νομιζω σε παιρνει να πεσεις για πιο εντυπωσιακα αποτελεσματα.
    Να και τα νουμερα που προτεινει για γυναικες ο ειδικος σε θεματα διατροφης και natural bodybuilding Tom Venuto:

    Competition Shape (ripped) 9-12%
    Very Lean (excellent) <15%
    Lean (good) 16-20%
    Average (fair) 21-25%
    Below average (poor) 26-30%
    Major improvement needed (Very poor) 31-40%+
