Using a moderate weight with a correct form and technique, is much beneficial than swinging heavy weights around. Now! Εμένα η αγαπημένη μου είναι η Adela Garcia. Kατάφερε μετά από σοβαρό τραυματισμό να ανακάμψει και να επιστρέψει στους αγώνες πιο έτοιμη από ποτέ. 5 φορές έχει πάρει τον τίτλο. Φοβερό σώμα, αν και μινιόν

Έγιναν και οι προκριματικοί της κατηγορίας fitness, επικρατέστερες για τον τίτλο είναι η Adela Garcia η οποία δίνει μάχη με τις Tanji Johnson και Tina Durkin.
Οι τελικοί θα γίνουν αργότερα.

Για 6η συνεχόμενη χρονιά η Adela Garcia πήρε τον τίτλο Fitness Olympia!
