Using a moderate weight with a correct form and technique, is much beneficial than swinging heavy weights around. Now! I am not saying that you shouldn't push the envelope & lift heavy. what I am talking about is the quality of the rep which is more important than the weight lifted. - Charles Glass, The Godfather Of Bodybuilding
