    Συμφωνώ. Οποιοσδήποτε αθλητής μπορεί να προπονηθεί σπιτι με μερικα λάστιχα, αλτηρες και ενα μονόζυγο και να επωφεληθεί κι ολας, εκτος αν μιλαμε για αθλητές δυναμης.

    Εκεί δυστυχώς η μειωση της δυναμης ειναι πολυ κατω.
