Ονομάζομαι Αντώνης και είμαι 20 χρονών. Αρχισα να ασχολούμαι σοβαρά με το bodybuilding ένα χρόνο περίπου. Μου αρέσει να μελετώ για την διατροφή και τις διάφορες προπονητικές μεθώδους σχετικά με το συγκεκριμένο άθλημα. Κύριος στόχος μου είναι να αυξήσω την μυική μου μάζα και ίσως στο μέλλον να κατέβω σε κάπιο αγώνα.
