Back off (beltless) : 140 kg 3x4
Συμπληρωματικές:
2ct pause squat: 80 kg 3x4
Bulgarian split squat : 40 kg 3x12
Single leg bridge: 3x20
Κατι γινεται σιγα σιγα. Τα 150 στο deadlift ηταν πολυ ευκολα στο βιντεο μου ειπε ο κοουτς οποτε ανεβασα στα 160 και ηταν οπως επρεπε.
