    Οριακα ναι. ΣΙγουρα με παιρνει 1-2 βδομαδες να ανεβασω αλλα μαλλον θα κοψω τις 8αρες σιγα σιγα. Οποτε μια βδομαδα deload και μετα δυναμη.

    Week 5/Day 3:

    Deadlift: 150 kg 1x4@7, 160kg 1x4@8

    Back off (beltless) : 140 kg 3x4

    Συμπληρωματικές:

    2ct pause squat: 80 kg 3x4

    Bulgarian split squat : 40 kg 3x12

    Single leg bridge: 3x20

    Κατι γινεται σιγα σιγα. Τα 150 στο deadlift ηταν πολυ ευκολα στο βιντεο μου ειπε ο κοουτς οποτε ανεβασα στα 160 και ηταν οπως επρεπε.

    Τελευταια μερα του πρωτου μεσοκυκλου. Ακολουθεί εβδομαδα deload.

    Week 5/Day 4:

    Competition bench press: 82.5 kg 1x8 @8

    Back off : 72,5 kg 3x8

    Συμπληρωματικες:

    Βrandford press: 30 kg 4x12

    Lateral raises: 4x15

    Rear delts: 4x15

    Biceps : 4x15

    Ναι γινεται και αυτο, αλλα συνηθως κανω τις ιδιες επαναληψεις στο -8 -12% του top set για extra volume χωρίς να φτανω σε πληρες κόπωση.
