    Default My home gym

    Καλησπέρα σε ολα τα μέλη. Παραθέτω μερικές φωτογραφίες από το DIY γυμναστήριο μου καθώς και μία ερώτηση.
    Θέλω να αγοράσω μια ολυμπιακή μπάρα 2m ή 2.20m και βρίσκω κάποιες οικονομικές, η οποίες αναγράφουν "χωρίς ρουλεμάν".
    Αυτό σημαίνει οτι δεν θα περιστρέφονται ή οτι έχουν πιο απλό/φθηνό σύστημα περιστροφής?
    Για οποιεσδήποτε απορίες για τις κατασκευές, ρωτήστε ελεύθερα.
