    Default Νιτρικό Οξείδιο και Bcaa

    Ηθελα να ρωτησω,χωρανε νιτρικο οξειδιο και bcaa;νιτρικο προ και μεσα bcaa;ή ειναι υπερβολη;ολα σε σκονες,σε μορφη ροφηματος;

    Με αλλα λογια ρωτας αν μπορεις να πινεις προεξασκητικο ροφημα και bcaa ενδοπροπονητικα?

    Εχω νιτρικο bsn xblood 3 και bcaa 2-1-1 myprotein,τα συμπληρωματα το τελευταιο 8 μηνο τα χρησιμοποιω,το γυμναστηριο το στησα μονος μου,σε ενα δωματιο του σπιτιου,τα τελευταια 7 χρονια,και συνεχιζω και χτιζω οργανα σιγα σιγα,απλα καποια στιγμη μου γεννηθηκε η ιδεα,να τα παρω πιο σοβαρα τα πραγματα,διοτι βλεπω οτι συμπαρασερνω και τον μεγαλο μου γιο,ειναι 16 χρονων και αρχιζει κι αυτος βλεποντας με,να γυμναζεται,ο αλλος μου γιος ειναι 11 και ψιλοψηνεται κι αυτος.Και οι δυο ασχολουνται με το kick boxing

    Να προσθεσω πως τα συμπληρωματα αφορουν μονο εμενα.

    Πολυ καλα και τα 2, απλα θα σου προτεινα το bsn να ξεκινησεις με μιση δοση, 20-30 λεπτα πριν την προπονηση.

    Επειδη φουλ δοση εχει συνηθως μεγαλη ποσοτητα καφεινης, που κατα τη γνωμη μου δε χρειαζεται κανεις.

    Ολα αυτα μπορουν να συνδυαστουν και με γλουταμινη;ή ειναι πολυτελεια;και αν ναι.ποιες στιγμες μπορει να μπει αυτο το εξτρα συμπληρωμα;

    Η γλουταμινη θα σε βοηθησει λιγο περισσοτερο στην αναρρωση, θα εχεις καλυτερο υπνο, δυναμωνει το ανοσοποιητικο συστημα και βοηθα με το στρες.

    Αν θεωρεις οτι τη χρειαζεσαι, ειναι ενα πολυ χρησιμο συμπληρωμα, κατω απο συγκεκριμενες συνθηκες.

    Πρωι βραδυ;να υποθεσω;ή και μετα απο την προπονηση;παρεπιμπτοντως,σημερα βγηκε η προπονηση με μιση δοση νιτρικου και bcaa κατα την διαρκεια,το συν της υποθεσης,δεν ξερω αν ηταν ψυχολογικο,παντως ξεραθηκα ενα 2ωρακι σε απογευματινο υπνο,μεχρι και χθες,ουτε να σκεφτω τον μεσημεριανο υπνο,ολα καλα πηγανε!

    Τη γλουταμινη καλο ειναι να την παιρνεις μετα την προπονηση και πριν τον υπνο. Για αρχη, 5γρ καθε φορα, μεσα σε νερο.

    Τελικα ποσες δοσεις την ημερα bcaa λαμβανουμε;και σε μερες ξεκουρασης,παλι παιρνουμε;

    Αν δεν έχεις χρήματα "για πέταμα", BCAA κατά τη διάρκεια της προπόνησης, τις ημέρες που γυμνάζεσαι.

    Δεν υπαρχει λογος να παιρνεις και τις μερες που ξεκουραζεσαι. Απλα φροντισε να εχεις σωστες ποσοτητες πρωτεινων απο ποιοτικες πηγες.
