4 Weeks out from his third participation in the Mr. Olympia
competition, Michael Kefalianos trains quads & calves along with his
coach David Balasas, at the Mecca of Greek bodybuilding in Kos Island. In
this video you will see Mike & David hit quads and explain all the exercises and
their purpose along the way. Mike is at 117kg (257lbs) 4 weeks out, bigger than
ever, with his signature quality and conditioning intact and looking to be spot
on for the big show on September 28th.
After the end of the workout, you will
also see Mike & David talking about their plan for the 2012 Mr. Olympia
and how the prep is going.
