Fourth pro show for Mike Kefalianos in 2014, this time in St Petersburg,
Russia for the IFBB Fitness House Pro Grand Prix. Only five days out and
fully depleted, Mike trains back with his coach David Balasas at David's Gym in
Kos island, Greece. Watch till the end of the video for some nice posing shots
by Mike. We wish him the best and to come home with another pro victory.

1. Wide Grip Pull Ups: 4 sets
2. Front Pulldowns: 3 sets
3. Behind Neck Pulldowns: 3 sets
4. V-bar Pulldowns: 3 sets
5. T-bar Lever Rows: 3 sets
6. Straight Arm Pulldown: 3 sets
